When did you realize you were really in labor?
I was induced so I knew once that pitocin hit me and my contractions got very strong, intense and close together.
-
What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
I ended up needing an emergency c-section because baby had persistent heart decelerations and had his cord wrapped around his leg and neck. I desperately wanted a natural birth but that's just not how it went. Baby needed to come out and we got him out safely and in perfect health.
