When did you realize you were really in labor?
My water broke June 1 at 10.13 pm it didn't come as a gush at all and this was the first time happening to me it trickled down my leg and I went to the bathroom thinking it was pee after I peed it trickled more and more i had to wear pads and those were soaked fast so I wore a female diaper I had it at home for preparation for the big day. Then I was just waiting on my contractions to start. They started around 3 am I couldn't fall asleep as I was so excited about this.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
Nothing really i loved everything about it. The pushing part was so hard each time I thought she would be out she wasn't! But all worth it!

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
My husband was right behind me the entire time massaging my lower back and being such a great support! My midwifes rocked and I loved their care. Claudia breglia was fantastic! I had two friends there helping me breathe through out my contractions as they got worse.

What surprised you about your birth?
That I didn't have my professional photographer as husband set up all the cameras and light for this birth I just wanted him with me all the time he was inside the birth pool massaging me and basically gave birth with me!

Didn't use any.

What position did you end up delivering in?
In a birthpool on my back half sitting legs up. Husband behind me.

How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?
The most Euphoric feeling ever! Laughing and crying both at same time.
