When did you realize you were really in labor?
I thought I might be as I headed to my OB appointment. My contractions were consistent and while they weren't necessarily more painful, they felt different.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
I had previously had 3 vaginal births and then an emergency c-section. My biggest challenge was overcoming my fear of something going wrong... and then finding a local OB who was willing to allow me to try for a VBAC.

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
