Mama Natural Pregnancy Book Table of Contents

Here’s the table of contents for my new book, The Mama Natural Week-By-Week Guide to Pregnancy & Childbirth!

For generations, pregnancy and birth have been treated as medical “conditions” as opposed to normal biological processes.

But change is underway. A groundswell of women are taking back their pregnancies and births and embracing a more natural approach. Now Genevieve Howland, the woman behind the popular Mama Natural blog and YouTube channel, brings you a fresh, empowering, and evidence-based guide for this precious time in your life. Featuring insights from midwife Cynthia Mason and nurse/doula Maura Winkler, this book marries cutting edge research with the intuitive wisdom of women’s bodies.

Whether you want a water birth in your living room or just want to eat healthier, The Mama Natural Week-by-Week Guide to Pregnancy and Childbirth is for you!

  1. Hi!
I just saw on your Facebook page that you’re going to expand the part about circumcision in your book. My newborn son is intact and this subject is important to me. I just ordered your book yesterday and I’m kinda disappointed that I didn’t see the video before then because I would like a copy that includes more on this important subject. When is the updated version going to be sold? I may buy two copies.

  2. FINALLY got the book! And it’s Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you Mama Natural for your hard work on this project.
    worth every penny!
Very informative , interesting , humorous way to explain important nuances about the whole journey.

  3. Hello Genevieve,
I have been following you for awhile now and I am very excited for you in the new book. I have a question about your book, I know the subject is sensitive, but before I purchase I wanted to know if your book is catered for mommy and daddy families or does it include other variations of partnered relationships ( clearly I don’t know how to categorize properly). My family and I have certain beliefs and I wouldn’t want a book on my shelf that doesn’t support our beliefs. I hope you receive this in respect. My intention is only to ask the questions before I purchase. Thank you!
