What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
Hypnobabies home study, Epi-No, prenatal yoga, an amazing support system, and most of all prayer!

What surprised you about your birth?
That it was only 5 hours long! And that I finally got my home birth after 2 hospital transfers!
