When did you realize you were really in labor?
I realized I was in labor when my water broke while I was asleep. I woke up and there was a big wet spot on the bed and that's when I realized that my water just broke.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
The most challenging thing about going natural was that I was having triplets. My doctor suggested that I have a c-section, but I had watched this YouTube video about a family that had triplets naturally and I thought that I could do it too.

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
The most helpful thing I did to prepare for childbirth was watch childbirth videos on YouTube, so I could see what having triplets naturally would be like.

What surprised you about your birth?
One thing that surprised me about my birth was that all three babies were head down before they came out.

Have a birth plan with you at all times, even when it doesn't go as planned.

What pain relief strategies worked best?
Some pain relief strategies that worked best for me were panting, different positions, and slow deep breaths. My husband also massaged my lower back and that helped a lot as well.

How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?
It felt amazing when I held my babies for the first time.

What did you name your baby, and why?
I named my babies: Reese Sienna, Royal Hunter, and Wren Estelle.

What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
Have a birth plan with you at all times, even when it doesn't go as planned.
