I woke up at 4.42 am with mild cramps. Went to the bathroom saw i had a show.
It wasn't challenging. I had prepared for this and knew I could do it.
I listened to positive birth affirmations and meditations every day. I did yoga every week. I read positive birth stories only. I sat on a gym ball as much as possible in the last trimester. I drank raspberry leaf tea. I visualized my birth as much as possible once every day.
How fast it was.
Trust your body. Believe you can do it.
I used a birthing pool right at the end. Before that I just breathed through each contraction.
All fours in the pool.
The most incredible moment. I felt so calm peaceful awed at what I had done.
