At midnight when my water broke. I didn't have any labor pains though, I was mostly scared because I knew from the beginning it was going to be a c-section.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
I couldn't go with a natural birth since I knew from the beginning of my pregnancy that was high risk. I had skin Lupus that with pregnancy became systemic and I also developed antiphospholipid system which was diagnosed when at 20 weeks pregnancy I had placenta abruption by 50% I had to stay hospitalized for two weeks and from then till the end of the pregnancy had to shot heparin twice a day.
So, when I went to the hospital I was mostly scared and praying for my baby. Thanks to God everything went OK.
