5:30 am when I went to use the bathroom and my water broke.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
The pain at transition and pushing is hard stuff for sure!

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
Asking my experienced girlfriends to support our family during labor, the help was so great, and early in labor a lot of fun to chat in between contractions!

How big my baby was;)

It's hard work but so fulfilling. Don't be shy, get lots of support around you for labor.

What pain relief strategies worked best?
Friends pushing on my low back and pressure on my hips.

What position did you end up delivering in?
On my knees in the birth tub.

How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?
A huge relief!

What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
It's hard work but so fulfilling. Don't be shy, get lots of support around you for labor. Yup r partner will appreciate this too!
