Reading Lots of Positive Birth Stories Helped Jennifer During Her Home Birth

  • When did you realize you were really in labor?

When I got into bed for the night, I felt a small gush of water. I still wasn't sure it was actually my water breaking but by 2am I was having pretty strong contractions.

I was excited to have a natural birth, I was more nervous about the expectations of those around me at home. My 3 older children were very excited to be there and I wanted to make sure it was a beautiful experience for everyone.
