What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
My husband was the best help to me throughout labor and our daughters birth. He was timing my contractions, and would let me know when one was about to begin and also when each one was fading and when it would be ending. He kept me centered the whole time and kept reminding me how far we had already come, he was an amazing support.
