The morning of her birth. It was 3 AM and the cramps were unmistakable and coming every 20 minutes.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
My baby was posterior, so pushing for 3 hours was slow and uncomfortable. But my birth center team and family were there to encourage me. It was worth it!

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
Choosing a birth center, and I got that Inspiration from mama natural birth course. My birth center midwife and Timor incredible and believed in me for this whole experience.

How strong I am, and all women are!

How did the Mama Natural Birth Class help you in your childbirth?
It inspired me to give birth naturally and use a birth center. I also appreciated the post part and insights that you gave. The father commentary was very helpful also. So glad I took the class and I did it fairly early in my pregnancy. I still took a formal Hypno birthing class but the Mama Natural online course was foundational.
