My water broke at 5:45am
I actually didn't find it difficult because I had a really quick birth!
Drink red raspberry leaf tea every day of my pregnancy, see a chiropractor once a week, perineal massages every night of my last month, and taking walks every day of my last trimester.
How it felt- everyone told me contractions would be a tightening and a loosening but mine felt like bad menstrual cramps. The pain was not unmanageable for me.
Do everything you can to prepare your body AND your mind for birth so that when the big day comes, you know you did everything you could and that you'll be happy with whatever birth you're given
