When did you realize you were really in labor?

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
Well I didn't go completely natural. I had an epidural. However, my last birth I was medically induced due to high bp and I have to say going into labor on my own was so much more easy and peaceful.

I prayed a lot

How much easier and quicker it was this time

What pain relief strategies worked best?
Although I had an epidural, baby was blocking epidural on my entire right side so I felt contractions and had major back labor on that side. Breathing deep and slowly helped a ton. My mom and best friend rubbed my back where it was hurting.

How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?
Amazing

What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
Much easier I think to go into labor without being induced
