    I had to be induced. But I realized it was real when my contractions were regular and I had to breathe through them.

    Prepared scripture and Christ-centered affirmations. Researched how labor works and why contractions happen. It helped me to understand the purpose that God designed instead of just fearing the pain.

    That I had to be induced with my fourth child!

  • Don't be afraid of the pain. Ten hours from then none of it will matter. The recovery is so much better and easier too.
  • What pain relief strategies worked best?

    Lavender in my lower back, massage, focusing on the progress made with each contraction.

  • What position did you end up delivering in?

    On my left side.

  • How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?

    Amazing. Love.

  • What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
