    After five hours of contracting and realizing they weren't going to stop.

    An epidural was my only intervention. my main goal was having a successful VBAC.

    Before my water broke, breathing and rocking. After my water broke, an epidural. I wish I could have done it all naturally, but i was so pumped I delivered by vbac.

    Indescribable.

  • What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
