    Breathing and visualizing.

  • What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?

You can do anything you set your mind to! The mind/body connection is powerful. What you think and believe WILL affect the labor. Focus on being introspective of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and beliefs before D-Day. Process them. Talk about them. Release the negative. Fear WILL negatively affect the process. It's normal to be nervous etc. but fear is different.
Visualize yourself doing it natural! The earlier you start the better. Focus on empowering yourself with the right beliefs and truths! You can do it mama!
