    When I tried going back to sleep early morning and realized the pain wouldn't go away.

    How amazing the womans body is. We grow life, help life survive and the fact that we can feed our children with our bodies is amazing.

  • What pain relief strategies worked best?

    Honestly.. Nothing will help. You just have to cope with it, stay calm as much as you can. Breathing kind of helps and try and focus on something positive to take your mind off the pain. Squatting kind of helped, and laboring in water. It is soothing.

  • What position did you end up delivering in?

    On my back, I was suppose to deliver in water but it became too overwhelming for me and needed to feel grounded. Next time i def. Will deliver in water!

  • How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?

    Amazing, she was so soft, beautiful I loved it. Having her skin to skin was great!

  • What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
