When did you realize you were really in labor?
Around 5:30 pm. We had a false alarm early that morning but the contractions were much stronger and consistent when they returned around 5:30.

The contractions can be painful but each one is worth it.

Exercise, take good quality supplements, take a birthing class (even for my third birth), prepare mentally.
