It felt instinctive and surreal at the same time. Time seemed like it stopped for a moment once she popped out and we could see her tiny body in the glow of the traffic lights.

Yelling and bracing my foot against the dashboard.

Partially reclined in the front seat with one leg up on the dashboard.

What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
There's no shame in epidurals, but my recovery after going natural was SO much easier!
