I realized I was really in labor when I couldn't talk through contractions.

How peaceful birth can really be.
To do as much research as you can and be comfortable with your decision! Have someone that knows your plan and can help you if that is what you want! My husband was an amazing birth partner.
What pain relief strategies worked best?

Humming helped me a lot along with rocking side to side in my birth pool.
What position did you end up delivering in?

I was in a sitting/ squatting position
How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?

It was amazing since I had an unassisted pregnancy and birth. To know that I did it was just indescribable!
What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?

To do as much research as you can and be comfortable with your decision! Have someone that knows your plan and can help you if that is what you want! My husband was an amazing birth partner.
