When did you realize you were really in labor?
Being told i was in labor because i had no idea i was.

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
The most challenging thing about going natural is knowing what your about to go through. The pain dealing with the pain you have to be mentally prepared. I had 6 vaginal deliveries and no epidural or pain medicine with any.

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
The most helpful thing i did to prepare for childbirth was pray. Strong faith and knowing God has full control of things no matter what.

What surprised you about your birth?
The thing that surprised me was how fast and quick everything went. I went for my 38 week check up and i had an ultrasound that morning baby was great i was put on a monitor to listen to baby's heartbeat and check for contractions. Dr. Had me on the monitor for 20 mins then i was gonna have a cervical exam to check for dilation and to my surprise i was 4-5 cm and was sent to the hospital. I arrived 10-15 til noon time i was then induced and 3 hrs later my son was born weighing 6 lbs 5 oz.

I would say do and go with your instincts your body knows best. Believe in yourself and don't let anyone tell you or make you fell you cant go natural.. Be mentally prepared.

Breathing.

I was laying on my hospital bed.

How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?
To hold my baby for the first time brought me to tears of joy and happiness to finally be able to hold my lil one ive waites for 9months to hold and see.

What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?
I would say do and go with your instincts your body knows best. Believe in yourself and dont let anyone tell you or make you fell you cant go natural.. Be mentally prepared.
