When I woke up at 2:40 am. I had contractions every two minutes from the very start.

Hire a great midwife, take care of yourself during pregnancy, see a chiropractor regularly and get as much education as you can.

My husband squeezing my hips. It really helped moaning really hard while in transition.

Laying on my left side with my foot against my bathroom cabinet.

Great and suprising because it was over so quick.
