Creating a Mental, Emotional, and Physical Safe Place Helped Mollie During Her Home Birth

  • When did you realize you were really in labor?

I started my day feeling like I may be getting my period. It wasn't until about 3pm after I had some reflexology I started to think this could be it, I was getting some uncomfortable squeezes. Different then all the practice my body had been giving for 4-6 weeks.

  • What was the most challenging thing about going natural?

The waiting game! Waiting for spontaneous labor. I was so body sore this time around.
