    It was 6 days past my EDD so any sign has to be labor sign.

    The pain that lasted for hours, the tears and the stitches.

    I ate dates and I walked a lot.

    The pain was severe I thought it will never end. Then the joy of the newborn that magically made me forget then an amazing thing happened she held my hand while the nurses did the stitches, each time I shout for pain she cry as well.

    I was not given any pain relief.

    I stood till my water broke then I got on the delivery bed and pushed only twice.

    Exercise a lot and eat right.
