Karen's 73 Hour Home Birth

  • When did you realize you were really in labor?

    After leaving the physical therapist I knew she got things going, not on purpose though.

  • What was the most challenging thing about going natural?

    I have long labors. My first was 50 hours and this one was 73 hours. It's tiring. To make matters worse I suffer from adrenal burn out, stage 4. But I feel like if I can do it, anyone can.

    Hiring a doula and watching birth videos.
