  • What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?

Not really sure, nothing can truly prepare you, but knowing that your body can do what it is doing helps. During labor I just kept telling myself that my daughter was going to be there soon.

  • What surprised you about your birth?

Hot water jet on my lower back.

  • What position did you end up delivering in?

    Squatting

  • How did it feel to hold your baby for the first time?

    Amazing!

  • What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?

I've done it three times now and have no regrets! It can be scary at times, but when it's all said and done it is always worth it!
