When did you realize you were really in labor?
I had an appointment at my OBGYN. When I arrived at gyno office I explained to her that last night I thought I had peed on the bed.. She explained that was not urine but instead my water had broke and I had contractions- if dr had not told me I would not have known or even noticed

What was the most challenging thing about going natural?
Once the epidural effects ran out - I think the crowning of my baby's head was really uncomfortable other than that I did not think labor was difficult (ofcourse I had an epidural which was awesome!) I think the post-labor was the hardest part - the week after delivery I felt a train had ran over me - also I bled for about 4 weeks after delivering (which is normal) so I was weak and sleep deprived - plus all the muscles you use during labor where soar - I mean legs, hips, arms even your butt hole hurts -

What was the most helpful thing you did to prepare for childbirth?
Nothing I actually did not prepare and I'm glad bc I went in not knowing what to expect and drew my own conclusions making it a positive experience instead of a scary experience like they portray in movies
