  • When did you realize you were really in labor?

    Once my water broke. I was induced with pitocin and my contractions weren't really doing much until then (I was sleeping through them) but once my water broke my contraction kicked into full gear!

    The intensity of my contractions was so much greater than I expected.

    Squatting was my favorite and seemed to give me the most relief.

    It was such a relief that the hard work of labor was over! The instant love and connection was overwhelming!

  • What advice can you give to other mamas who want to go natural?

    1-Trust your body, it know what to do. 2-Surrender yourself to your contractions, don't fight them. 3-Breathe!
