    I realized I was in labor at 2:45 am on November 5 after two days of prodromal labor.

    The most helpful thing I did to prepare for child birth was to educate myself continually about my body and the process of labor.

    I was surprised at how quickly I gave birth to my son and how wonderful I felt right after.
