  2. My son is almost 7 years old. Cairo is the youngest of my 3 sons, he was a fighter from conception! The name is beautiful! And it’s meaning! His brothers names are Caden,(oldest) and Carter(middle) all hard “C” sounds no more than 5 letters ( the letter, “r” repeats itself in Carter) and two syllables ( people will butcher a name with more than 2)
