Share Your Thoughts 1 Comment belen Apr 22 at 1:00 pm I wanted my daughter to have a connection to her ethnicity and I really like the way “Citlalli” sounds. We chose to spell it with an X (Xitlalli) and at first it looked strange to me, but now I love it! I love that her name is unique and it’s easy to tell someone how to pronounce it (seat-lali). I also really like the meaning. Citlalli comes from the Nahuatl word for star and my name is Belen, Spanish for star of Bethlehem. I really like that we are connected in that way. I had a tattoo done on my arm in the form of a star of Bethlehem and now it represents us both. Reply Share your thoughts on the name Citlalli Cancel ReplyYour email address will not be published.
