  1. We found his name on an app and both loved it

  2. Love this name! (For boys- not girls, reads too masculine to me).

  3. We love Irish names and Finley with Finn for short was perfect! Looked through lists and lists of names until this one stuck out.

  4. I think that this is the best name to ever grace the earth

  5. I just like the name, because no one have that name in my village,so I see it like a unique name.

  6. It was always in our top 3 list. We loved the shortened version of Finn for a boy and when we saw his little face during our 3D ultrasound at 32 weeks we just knew that was his name.

  7. My husband came up with Finley a day after our son was born. After looking up the meaning and origin we decided it would suit our son very well. It wasn’t until long after choosing his name we noticed that the name is being given more frequently in the U.S. to baby girls now, and we are frustrated with that. I grew up with a traditional boys name and I hated being assumed to be a boy and I didn’t want to do that to our child.
