Share Your Thoughts 2 Comments Charlie Feb 27 at 11:07 am My husband and I were inspired to name our son Fox after the main character from our favorite TV show, Fox Mulder from the X-Files. About 5 years before we conceived our son we were watching the show one night, turned to each other and agreed that Fox was a really solid name! Unique, simple yet uncommon and symbolic of many admirable traits. We both have names that we didn’t love growing up and it was important to us that the name be unique without alienating our son by being difficult to spell or pronounce. All these years later and our son is finally here and his name couldn’t be more appropriate! We love you baby Fox! Reply Mama Oct 17 at 11:19 am My 4 year old started calling our baby ‘Fox’ before we even knew babys gender. I fell in love & it stuck. Luckily, for us, he was a boy & socially acceptable “boy” name. Side note- the 4 year old who named her brother is a girl named Jupiter. Thus, we would have probably called a girl ‘Fox’, as well. ?
