Share Your Thoughts 1 Comment Abigaile May 18 at 9:11 am Daddy, from Japan, chose Haru as my son’s middle name. It was important to him to have a Japanese name for our son & Haru is a name often seen in anime. Depending on the Japanese characters used to spell it, it can be a name for girls or boys and also means “a sunny day”. It was perfect for our spring baby! It will also be nice to have an easy to pronounce name when we visit friends & family in Japan. Reply Share your thoughts on the name Haru Cancel ReplyYour email address will not be published.
