  1. My father in law is the source of Kayson. He was a doctor with a Lithuanian name that no one could pronounce. He had it translated into “the son of Kay” and changed his name to Kayson. This was in the late seventies. My ex husband was born in ’78. All the kids were adopted by Matthew Kayson as Kaysons. Matthew also has children from his first marriage and they also became Kaysons. After my son Aden was born I searched the internet for other Kaysons and at the time the only results were direct family members, the kids of Matthew Kayson. Today there are many Kaysons in last name and first. This is the origin.

  2. Because first I wanted him have a KA name like me nd his big brother which are Katrina Kavon and Kadarrion so I was looking up KA nd decided to go with Kayson
