Our favorite experience was sailing on the Kekoa while visiting St John. When looking for names we wanted something unique with a strong meaning. We stumbled across Koa and instantly knew it had to be his name. It means the brave warrior. We hope for Koa to be brave in this world. He’s already our little warrior. Another reason my husband loved the name is the Koa tree in Hawaii produces the best guitar wood and he loves playing guitar. We hope Koa stays unique. I almost don’t want to share it .
