  1. Sonny is a cute not so common name. We had such a tough time choosing a name. Sonny also rhymes with our two other boys names. He is such a special guy, he came 18 years after our other youngest 🙂

  2. My husband is a ‘second’ so we planned to name our first son his name as the ‘third.’ We knew we’d need a special nickname if our baby was a boy, but we didn’t like any of the standard generational nicknames. We decided on Sonny because he is our ‘Son.’ So, Sonny it is!

  3. Unique name, references the sun. Light, rebirth, growth. His fur sister name is Luna.

  4. Sonny is named after my grandfather!

  5. Named after mine and my wifes dads

    • That is a great dad you all got do you know how much he loves you ?
