  1. Walter is an old fashioned name that isn’t used much anymore. I love the name but mostly cause that was mine and my husband’s grandfather’s name, and they have both passed on. So he’s named after 3 Grandfather’s actually, my other Grandfather’s name was Henry, who has also passed on and my Husband’s name is Scott. So we chose the name,
    Walter Henry-Scott and we love it!

  2. My dad named me Valter, yes with “V” because here in Brazil in the 1960’s, due to a stupid “national security law” you could not name your children using the letters K, W and Y; unless you were a foreigner!
    These days, when it comes to names, anything goes! LOL,,,

  3. We chose the name Walter because it was my husband’s grandfather’s name. He passed away a few years ago and we wanted to honor him.
