  4. We were originally drawn to the name Cedar because it comes from nature. Then, we began seeing “Cedar” everywhere. From the Bible to street signs, it was a constant theme near the end of our pregnancy. Being from Kentucky, cedar trees are very common trees because they are hardy and can withstand all temperatures. They are also evergreen trees. I like to think our Cedar will be a hardy boy that is ever green, providing shelter from the sun and storms, and being a constant presence of Christ in the lives of others.

    • Wow! This is great. Would name my son Cedar

  5. My parents names are Catherine and Peter. Cedar is a phonetic combination of the two. Cedar Road is also a place where we take a drive every Sunday down by the ocean.
