  1. I feel the same exact way about my sons name. I hate that they constantly mispronounce his name like it’s an E instead of an A.

  2. We needed a name that started with A, with a meaning behind it, my husband like Ali I felt that was a nickname a co-worker advised Alijah and fell in love with it.
    One thing I dislike is people automatically call him Elijah or Eli

  3. We choose Alijah because we wanted a name that started with A, my husband liked Ali but I felt it was made for use of a nickname, I liked Elijah and a coworker found the name Alijah and it stuck to us
    I love that it is part of the Bible even if it is spelled with an A I dislike that everyone automatically assume it’s Elijah because they don’t pronounce it correctly the spelling of his name is pronounced the way it should be spelled with the A
