  1. Briggs is my husband’s grandmother’s maiden name. She passed when my father in law was young. We chose Taylor for his middle name after my granfather’s blood last name. Both his parents died when he was 6 years old. He was the youngest boy of 12 children! He and most of his siblings were then adopted.
