  1. I have a son named Hank and I love the name. You don’t hear it often, but it’s known. To me it’s so solid–Hank’s are cool, salt of the earth people!

  2. My maiden name is Henry, and my husband’s grandfather was Henry, so our boy name choice was easy!! I didn’t want to say my own name all day long, so we decided on Hank!

  3. We chose Hank because we started looking for an H name to match our other child’s name, and we liked the meaning of Hank–“home ruler.” We paired it with the middle name, Timothy (a family name), which means “honor God.” We love that this represents our prayer for him so well: that he would honor God in the way he leads his home when he grows up.

  4. We are a music family.
