  1. We love that it’s not a super common name and it just caught our attention while watching the show Heartland

  2. Nothing

  3. We chose Kaleb for a few reasons.

It jives with our four other children, whose names begin with K or C. Our daughter is the exception, Mackenzie, although her nickname “Kenzie” works out well.

The name Kaleb means bold, brave. Each of our children share a strength we believe they are naturally born with. Handsome, wise, strong, you get the idea.

I didn’t realize it at first until sitting in the room at the hospital, but if you rearrange the letters in Kaleb, you spell Blake. This is the name of our deceased dog, who was extra special to our family.

  4. We’ve had Kaleb on our list of baby names for 5 years, since we had our first. Faithful & wholehearted is the meaning we found, and felt it just fit perfectly with our other children’s names. It’s a strong name that we hope he grows in to ?

  5. His name is bibicle

  6. His character in the Bible was so special and knew that was his name

  7. Chose this name because dad wanted Kaleb. CECIL is his middle name, that is my Great Grandpas name he passed away when I was a baby and I am the only Grandchild he got to hold or see
I like Kaleb because it is a short name and should be easy for him to learn to write.

  8. It fits him perfectly

  9. His dad picked it I changed the first letter so ita not like every one else there where 7 Caleb’s in his kindergarten class

  10. I decided on this name because of the origin of it I really liked how it sounds in Spanish so I went for this one. The only thing that I dislike is when people pronounce it in English which butchers the whole aspect of the Spanish sound ut has to me. When I decided on the name I wanted something unique and different so it was either Kaleb or Killian, but Kaleb sounded better in Spanish than the other one.
