  1. Our 2 year old is Berkley. We like the tomboy names for girls! Blake just sounded good with Berkley!

  2. While we knew the sex of the baby before delivery, we did not know the gender and won’t until Baby can tell us. For this reason, we wanted a gender neutral name that will fit whoever she grows up to be. We also wanted a name that not everyone in her class would have, but also wouldn’t be misspelled or pronounced often. Both my wife’s and my grandmother passed away while I was pregnant, so honoring those 2 important women in our lives was important too.
