We didn’t even plan to make her this until my husbands grandmother referred to the baby as baby Prescott in a handwritten letter. Reading that name I instantly knew that was her name. The more I looked into the name the more confirmation it was meant to be. For starters the meaning of it resonates so much with our faith as we are born again Christian’s who kove the Lord and are apart of His priesthood. We proclaim she is as well also as someone else mention the towns coat of arms “God is my light”.and lastly, my maiden name is Scott and wouldn’t you know it, the name upon research means to honor the surname… Scott! So all to say, our daughters name was very much picked for us. ? we think it fits her completely as she is so unique and sweet. We call her press for short and some of my family calls her Presley . Her siblings names are jack and Nora. Which ultimately fit better together than I expected. We find out so many amazing things about her family and wanted to honor her name. We were not crazy about just Scott. We heard Prescott and loved it. His name is Prescott Honor.
