Share Your Thoughts 1 Comment Brittny Aug 25 at 5:16 pm I wanted a one-syllable name that had more than one meaning. It was on our list that also included Quinn and Raye. We wanted something that would sound nice with her middle name: Lee-Ann. It made the list after an encounter with Steven Tyler on an airplane from NYC-LA. He commented on my pregnant belly and was really sweet to me. We knew we’d wait until she was born before choosing her name. We figured we’d take a look at her and get to know her a little and then the decision would be easy. The day after she was born- as we were preparing to leave the hospital -my husband and I both agreed that Liv was the best choice. We love the name 7 months later and we think she really embodies it. We also think it’s really elegant and simple and a name that will work for her throughout her life. Reply Share your thoughts on the name Liv Cancel ReplyYour email address will not be published.
