People love it and comment how beautiful it is! Reply Amanda Neumann Dec 13 at 10:26 pm Her Daddy’s middle name is Ray and my middle name is Rae so it made sense that Ray n Rae together would be Rayne! Her name is Meadow Rayne and then Isabelle, after her Great Aunt. Reply Rayne May 10 at 8:21 pm I really love my name but sometimes they mistake my name as male. So my name is always at the boys list in school. ? Reply Rayne Jan 21 at 9:15 pm I love my name I really wish less people would use it, it’s taking away its uniqueness. I did get bullied some ie. Rain rain go away song when kids don’t want to play with you, it’s very easy to manipulate into evil ways of bullying. And teachers almost always mispronounced it. Renay, Ryan, Rainy. No just no. Reply Leigh Dec 21 at 8:49 pm My father named me this. He said he’d named me after a movie, an anime, and a video game. All my life I’ve been bullied about it, teased over it, and it got so bad at a point that I’d overdosed, attempting to commit suicide. Luckily, I was revived. People didn’t get to know about my attempt, but I changed my name about two years afterward because the situation was still just as bad. Personally, I don’t like the name at all. It can cause a lot of harm, but there is also a lot of beauty behind it. As several people have reported, it means “queen,” but it also stands for strength and beauty. If your name is Rayne, then I believe that it’s completely your choice, whether you want to change it or not. It’s beautiful, don’t get me wrong, but it’s also painful.. Leigh~ Reply Brittany Oct 26 at 11:04 pm Oh I love this name! I hope to use it! Reply Sarah Aug 7 at 9:27 pm This name is absolutely beautiful and feminine! It’s what I will use if my baby is a girl! We have an older daughter named Lilly and thought those names went well together. Reply amanda Sep 21 at 10:41 am It means Queen Reply Holly Jun 13 at 3:10 pm After going with Jeffrey for our son I really wanted a more ” out there” name for our child. My husband and I talked about it and decided on Rayne or Rainne for our next child regardless of gender. To our delight we had a girl. Rayne Elizabeth! Elizabeth is a family name. The only drawback is the potential for school age kids to sing ” rain rain go away ” but other than that we love the name. Reply Rayne Aug 27 at 3:04 pm My name is Rayne and kids will definitely sing that song. People will also make jokes when you say your name is Rayne (it’s an amazing icebreaker when you get older) . It is a fantastic name because it is so unique and uncommon. My cousins name is Holly, seems the match of the two names in the family go well together. Reply Irene Apr 11 at 12:46 pm Our daughter’s full name is Susie Rayne, Susie after her great-great-grandmother who we adored! However, her middle name is a combination of my husband’s name and mine. HIs name is Raymond and Me Irene, we took his first 3 letters and my last two, and fell in love. Reply Share your thoughts on the name Rayne Cancel ReplyYour email address will not be published.
