The day before surgery I was scheduled to get an MRI. They give you headphones because the machine is so loud. I requested worship music to be played, but their system was down and they said I could listen to the 80s radio station. The moment I put the headphones on and they began to slide me into the machine, the song “Rio” by Duran Duran started to play from the very beginning. I knew right when I heard the lyrics: “Her name is Rio and she dances on the sand…” that was her name. God truly does know us and form us and name us before we enter this world.
