  1. I chose the name Avianna because there was always something about this name that I just absolutely adored and thought it would fit our baby girl! The one thing I dislike about her name is that it often gets pronounced wrong.

  3. haha this is so weird to see my name but anyways my mom named me Avianna in 2007 lol anyways i love the name and everyone says it matches me hyper, artistic nature and that im always kind and helpful to but yeah

  4. I randomly came up with the name with the spelling Ah’vianna in 2019 and just named my baby girl that in 2021

    • That’s how I pronounce my daughters name but with the spelling of Avianna

  5. My father was a pilot. He loves everything dealing with airplanes so much that he wanted to name me Avianca ( like the Colombian Airline) but my mother did not like the idea so much. For that reason, she decided to make a little change. Instead of the c in Avianca she put another n….and she got Avianna. That’s it! I am Cuban and I am 34 years and I did not know about the different meanings of my name. However, I love it. It is original and it has its own story?. Everybody calls me Avi and I think it is cute. Anyhow, I think the meanings you show here are great!

  6. My husband and I struggled with three years of infertility before getting pregnant. We knew we wanted a name with a special meaning to honor our journey and our rainbow baby. I also tend to like unique names. We love that Avianna means so many different things; bearer of good news, living in grace or way of grace, like a bird (or delicate like a bird/bird like, and finally our favorite: my god has answered. Her middle name is NadaMae, Nada, for my husband’s grandmother, and Mae for both my grandmother and my great-grandmother.

  7. I picked the name Avianna because it sounds similar to my name with out the h at the end

  8. I love the name avianna

  9. I had always loved the name Ariana but I wanted something a little more unique. The day we found out we were having a girl, my fianc? and I started brainstorming ideas and Avianna just came to me! We both agreed that it was a beautiful unique name and we decided her middle name was going to be Bliss because since she was born she has brought us so much blissful happiness. We all call her Avi for short and somehow her name just suits her perfectly!

    • Same here! Loved the name Ariana but reminded me of Ariana Grande (not that its bad) and was just too common. It also reminded me of little girl I knew who was a very hard child to handle…so just didn’t want the association there. We started brainstorming and came up with Avianna as well. My son was born in 2016 and if he was a girl that was going to be his name. Fast forward 4 years later and my daughter was born and we still loved the name Avianna! Fits her beautifully and I love how she says her name when people ask..she really enunciates it.

  10. My mother came up with it and my mother passed away when avianna was 2 months old

  11. My bff at the time choose her name from the main name I had originally chosen before which was Ava.
